ＲＡＣＣＯＯＮ－Ｓ Rack type compact metal cleaner
Rack type compact RACOON-S has enhanced washing efficiency with microbubbles.
It maintains the cleansing effect even with less amount of water and detergent.
The features of the rack type compact cleaner are:
- Equipped with a microbubble generator
- Washing efficiency is increased by tiny bubbles 0.1-0.01mm in diameter.
Decrease the amount of degreasing agent used.
- Equipped with ultrasonic oscillator
- In addition to micro-bubbles, increase the effectiveness of degreasing agent with ultrasonic waves. It is also capable of precision cleaning, removing fine dirt from products.
- Decrease the amount of water and detergent used without affecting the washing effectiveness.
- By shortening the water washing process, the amount of water used is decreased. Drainage equipment is also unnecessary.
※When renewing fluid, it is necessary to take out waste fluid.
- The rack holds each product to prevent dents or scratches during the washing process.
- During the washing process, protective cartridges hold each individual product to prevent dents or scratches from the oscillation of ultrasonic waves,etc.
